WE'RE HIRING
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for weddings, exceptional people skills and a proven ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering outstanding customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to wedding enquiries professionally and timeously
Conduct venue viewings
Prepare quotations and booking documents
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
Maintain regular communication with prospective clients throughout the sales process
Follow up on leads and manage sales
Represent Featherwood Farm at bridal expos, open days and other promotional events
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
3 years' proven sales experience, preferably in wedding, events, or hospitality
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong administrative and computer skills
Professional appearance and presentation
South African citizen with own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required for client viewings and other business requirements
Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
REMUNERATION
Market related basic salary
Competitive commission structure on booked events and weddings
